With the two consecutive wins in the previous matches Women’s Hockey team India started the third match will full enthusiasm. Both the teams well played and the match ended at a draw at a score of 4-4
Below are the highlights of the match:
Quarter 1 – The team India started the match with great shots and seemed well prepared to mark goals. Both the teams made great efforts for the goal, but the first one was scored by Navjot in the 12th minute making the score INDIA 1-0 MALAYSIA. Later on the PC was awarded to India but great shots were missed and the first quarter ended with a score of INDIA 1-0 MALAYSIA.
Quarter 2 – Both the teams were focused on scoring the goal. Team India, want to make their third consecutive win, whereas the team Malaysia didn’t want to miss any chance to score a goal before the ending of first half. So the next goal was again by Navneet, thereby making the score INDIA 2-0 MALAYSIA. Team Malaysia also got a result this time of their efforts by scoring a goal. Then, before the ending of the first half, team Malaysia was awarded with the PC and they utilized it well by scoring an another goal. The closing score of the first half was INDIA 2-2 MALAYSIA.
Quarter 3 – In the third quarter, both the team were finding out ways to score a goal to lead one another. PC was awarded to team Malaysia and they didn’t missed a chance this time and scored a goal followed by another PC and one more goal back to back. India team gave great shots by missed many times and then finally Navneet gave a great shot and scored a goal and making the final score at the end of third quarter to INDIA 3-4 MALAYSIA.
Quarter 4 – In the fourth quarter, team India was awarded PC and few great shots were missed, but finally Lalremsiami made a great shot and scored a goal at 52nd minute. So, the final score turned out to be INDIA 4-4 MALAYSIA and the match ended at draw.
