Dilip Tirkey & Harbinder Singh are appointed as new govt. observers.

After S. Pargat Singh appointed as chairman of the development committee in Hockey India, there is another positive move by “Ministry of Sports (Govt. of India)”; who has now appointed Dilip Tirkey and Olympian Harbinder Singh as the new government observers by replacing Ajit Pal Singh and Zafar Iqbal.
This is also interesting to know that Pargat Singh holding an important meeting on 22ed of dec. and is looking for a complete overhaul of entire selection committee.
