Quarter 1: Whistle from the referee and Netherlands get the match underway! Netherlands attack from the word go! Good Start but blocked by Indian Defenders. Five minutes into the first half and both the teams are looking to play aggressive hockey. First penalty corner for India in the 11th minute! GOAL! Akashdeep Singh gives India a 1-0 lead in the 12th minute of the first quarter. IND 1-1 NED.

Quarter 2: Second Quarter Started. Netherlands are dominating the possession at the moment. Both teams desperately looking for the second goal but failed. IND 1-1 NED

Quarter 3: Third quarter underway! Both teams looked aggressive . 3rd Penalty corner for Netherlands nut failed. Green card for Hardik Singh in the 41st minute. IND 1-1 NED

Quarter 4: Final Quarter Started. GOAL! Netherlands score through a penalty corner and got lead. Indians were desperate for a Goal. brilliant run from the Indian skipper Manpreet Singh. India Beat Canada 5 – 1 – Men Hockey World Cup 2018

Hello Hockey Lover! Great news. Today was India vs Canada Men Hockey world cup 2018 match and India beat Canada 5 -1. Great victory. Enjoy the highlights here:

First Quarter: Whistle from the referee and Canada get the match underway. A brilliant cross from Chinglensana Singh from the right flank but Canada goalkeeper Antoni Kindler blocks the ball. First Penalty corner for India. Goal!!. Just under two minutes to go in the first quarter. IND 1-0 CAN.

Second Quarter: Second Quarter underway. India controlling the ball brilliantly and looking to extend their lead. Iain Smythe gets a Green Card in the 22nd minute! brilliant run from Simranjeet Singh inside the Canadian half but fails to pass the ball in time to Akashdeep Singh. At half-time, India lead 1-0 against Canada.

Third Quarter: Third quarter started. Mandeep Singh gets the match underway. Goal for Canada in the 39th minute. Brilliant play by Canada and at the end of the third quarter both teams were at 1 -1.

Final Quarter: Good start from India. GOAL! Chinglensana Singh scores the second goal for India in 46th minute. And after a few minutes another goal for India. Two goals in quick succession for India. Penalty corner for India! Indian team looking threatening at the moment. Looking to score yet another goal. Final 28 seconds remaining in the match. Final Score – India 5-1 Canada. India Won the Match.

Hello Hockey Lover! Great news. Indian Men Team shows a five-star performance and clashed South Africa 5-0 in their opening Pool C at the Kalinga stadium in Bhubaneswar. Check the Highlights of Men Hockey World Cup 2018 India vs South Africa match below:

Quarter 1: The first quarter is underway and India are straightforward looking to make an attacking start. India trying to spread the play, opening attack from the left flank but good defence by South Africa Team. Penalty Corner for India and got first lead. After few minutes second goal for India. India lead South Africa 2-0 at first quarter.

Quarter 2: Second Quarter Started. India on the attacking mode. Chance for South Africa, forcing PR Sreejesh for a save! No goals in the second quarter but the hosts Indian maintain their two goals lead

Quarter 3: The third quarter gets underway and Penalty Corner for India! India keeping the pressure, searching for the third goal. GOAL! Simranjeet scores the third goal for India, great play from Mandeep just passes the ball to Simranjeet in space. India lead 3-0 against South Africa after 43 minutes.

Quarter 4: Fourth Quarter started. Penalty Corner for India! GOAL! Final two minutes in the final quarter, India continue to look threatening.A five-star performance from hosts India see them register a thumping 5-0 victory over South Africa.

Men Hockey World Cup 2018 Complete Schedule

Men Hockey World Cup 2018 is going to held in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha between 28 November to 16 December. The FIH (International Hockey Federation announced the match schedule and pools for world cup. The host India is placed in Group C in cooperation with Canada, South Africa and Belgium. The Best Hockey teams around the world would fight for victory on the land of India.
The Kalinga Stadium is being renovated for the upcoming prestigious event and these 19 days journey will be the witness of glorious fight of 16 champion teams.
The Men Hockey World Cup 2018 is divided into four pools. 16 teams will compete to be champions. In Pool A New Zealand, France and Spain will fight with Rio 2016 champions Argentina. In Group B Australia will Associated with China, Ireland and England. In Group D you will see the real competition between 3 times champion Netherlands, Four Time champions Pakistan and two time Champion Germany or Malaysia. Men Hockey World Cup 2018 – FIH Announces 25 Experts who would represent 19 Countries in upcoming Hockey World Cup

If you are a hockey lover then your wait ends here, FIH(The International Hockey Federation) announced the Men Hockey world cup 2018 which is going to held in India between 28 November to 16 December.This prestigious event taking place at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar, India. Have a look at some important highlights of the Officials for Men Hockey World Cup 2018:
1. 19 countries from all five continents will participate. 25 Experts would be selected as the representative. FIH took a great step to enhance gender equality in all areas of sports so both women and men will undertake officiating roles at this prestigious event.
2. Germany’s Christian Deckenbrock has been appointed as Technical Delegate.
3. Seven Umpires have great experience of RIO 2016 Olympic Games and rest nine will have the opportunity of performing a great role in International Hockey. Martin Madden, Raghu Prasad,Javed Shaikh, Simon Taylor and Francisco Vazquez are some of the Golden Whistle umpires.
4. Odisha Men’s Hockey World League Final Bhubaneswar 2017’s technical Delegate Alfred Chang(HKG) will play his role with Bjorn Isberg and will support Christians.Edna Rutten (NED),Kays Kanyangara (ZIM), Reyah Richardson (TTO), Muneer Mohammed (IND) will play role as Technical Officers.
5. Diego Barbas (ARG),Adam Kearns (AUS),David Tomlinson (NZL),Gregory Uyttenhove (BEL),Ben Göntgen (GER),Marcin Grochal (POL),Dan Barstow (ENG) and Lim Hong Zhen (SGP) will also play important role.
6. Shuaib Manjra, has been appointed as the Medical Officer for this competition.Deon Nel from South Africa will play role of the Video Umpire Coach.
